Tri-Tech Olympic

First Olympic Tri of the season, 1st in age group, 4th overall. Felt comfortable in the water and on the bike, run was a little hot and the legs were tired. Plenty of season left.

2nd year for this event and this time the bike was a 12 mile loop x 2 rather than a bigger loop - relatively flat and fast. Still taking a bit of time to get comfortabale out of the water but then had a solid ride (except for the guys drafting off me). Josh and I went back and forth the whole way. Never have liked the second half of the run course over really uneven trail and it started getting hot towards the end so my run time really suffered. All in all an average performance - good bike, poor run.
